§ PROBLEM

Mental-health organizations handle some of the most sensitive records that exist, often in places where the network drops mid-entry. They needed strict, file-level control over who sees what — and field data collection that doesn't stop when the signal does.

§ THE BUILD

PEACE is two systems sharing one source of truth. The web dashboard handles command: Google authentication, Super Admin and Admin roles, file-level permissions, and one-toggle user activation — plus full case-file management, search, and a statistics module with treatment-outcome tracking and custom reports. The mobile app handles the field: case files stored locally, editable fully offline, syncing when connectivity returns. Simultaneous edits resolve through timestamp-based merging; failed uploads retry adaptively until they land.

§ OUTCOME

Fieldwork continues without signal, and the record holds its integrity when the network returns. Access is collaborative without being porous — every file readable by exactly the people who should read it. Point-of-care documentation, role-based to the single file.
